The Climate Mental Health Network (CMHN) is doing many kinds of important work around climate emotions. The Climate Emotions Wheel is a handy tool to be used in connection with the Process Model.

Many members of the collaborative have also worked with CMHN. Earlier research by Panu Pihkala gave inspiration to the Climate Emotions Wheel, and he co-operated in its creation. There is also a Guide to Climate Emotions available on the website.

When reflecting on people’s journeys with the Process Model, the Wheel can be used to recognize various emotions. The same emotion may also be present in different ways. We invite you to use these various resources both for self-reflection and as an aid for others.
